Deposit refund policy and rules:

The booking is confirmed and guaranteed from the point in time that the deposit check has cleared the bank.
You may cancel your reservation 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date and only a processing fee of US$25.00 charged to your deposit.
Price includes full breakfast. No refunds for breakfast not partaken.
For the comfort of other guests, smoking is allowed in only limited areas.
No smoking is allowed in the rooms or in the main part of the home.
We love children, but for the consideration of our other guests, no children under 12 years of age allowed.
Check in time: 2PM. Check out time: 11AM.
Please notify us of your arrival time in order to be sure we are at the B&B; to welcome you. We cannot guarantee our presence at Ollin if we do not know your arrival time.
No cancellation refund is possible during Day of The Dead Oct 30 - Nov 3, Christmas and New Years Dec 21 - Jan 4, Easter (Semana Santa) and Guelaguetza (last 2 mondays of July).
